Mid Term CME
DRA Mid Term CME
The Delhi Rheumatology Association (DRA) organizes the DRA Mid Term CME every year during the months of August/September as part of its continuing academic and educational activities. The program is primarily focused on DM/DNB trainees and young rheumatologists, with the objective of strengthening academic knowledge, clinical skills, and practical understanding in the field of rheumatology.
The CME is organized under the guidance of the DRA Executive Committee (EC) and is entrusted to the Honorary Secretary, DRA, for coordination and execution. The meeting serves as an important academic platform for interactive learning, case-based discussions, and exchange of clinical experiences among trainees, young rheumatologists, and faculty members.
Academic Highlights
The scientific program includes focused sessions on core rheumatology topics, practical clinical approaches, recent advances in diagnosis and management, imaging, immunology, therapeutics, and interactive case discussions. Emphasis is laid on improving day-to-day clinical decision-making and enhancing the academic exposure of trainees and early-career rheumatologists.
Participation and Learning Environment
The DRA Mid Term CME provides an excellent opportunity for DM/DNB residents, fellows, and young rheumatologists to interact closely with experienced faculty and experts from various institutions. The program encourages active participation, academic exchange, and mentorship, thereby contributing towards the development of future rheumatology specialists in India.
The CME reflects DRA’s continued commitment towards promoting rheumatology education, academic excellence, and capacity building among the next generation of rheumatologists.
